Doesn't time fly. Half a year gone already. Here at the New Gateway we are marking 6 editions. Not much in the context of Leatham's 331 but we're on our way. In the 'real' world we are about to make (or not) momentous decisions regarding our place in the world, or more specifically in Europe. This month's edition offers you the chance to look at our country and our culture from a fresh perspective - that of a century or more ago! It's often said that those who don't learn from the past are condemned to repeat its mistakes. Read on and find out for yourself if you agree with the statement.
